CHANGES and FIXES from v1.0 camdriver:
Fix a bug for no doc mode (Reverses special doc scene settings).
Add some codes from c905 for better flash xenon function.
Improve quality for 5M BestPic.
Improve night scene.
Increase draft frame rate from 5 to 5.5 and
Increase frame rate from 5 to 7.5 for all scenes except auto scene(has 5.5)
Jpeg host quality back to normal value(I think is useless any other value)
